Pricing & project billing

Straightforward billing for the work ahead.

Every project has different site conditions, scope and scheduling needs. Hunter structures pricing around the work your project actually requires.

A clear approach

Pay for the work performed.

Hunter’s pricing policy is built around a simple principle: clients should only pay for completed work. There are no hidden report charges or project manager fees added to the scope.

01 / Geotechnical engineering

Investigations & reports

Geotechnical investigations and reports are billed on a lump-sum basis, with the scope shaped around the project and the information needed for design and construction.

02 / During construction

Consultation & conditions

Geotechnical consultation during construction is billed on a time-and-materials basis when project conditions call for field guidance or evaluation.

03 / Testing & inspection

Defined limits for field work

Construction materials testing and special inspection work is bid on a time-and-expense basis with a not-to-exceed limit for the agreed scope.

Planning for a known schedule

Have a detailed schedule?

When a client can provide a detailed schedule, Hunter can provide a lump-sum bid for construction materials testing and special inspection work. Clear scheduling helps align field coverage with the work in place.

What helps us scope a project

  • Project type and location
